Questions about Candice
QHow discreet is the shipping and packaging, really?
A
It arrives in plain outer packaging, without branding, product names, or wording that reveals what’s inside.
QI want something small and easy to adjust. Is it complicated to use?
A
No. Candice is about 3.31 inches long and has one button. Hold it for three seconds to turn on or off; press to cycle through nine vibration modes.
QIs it actually silicone, or will I end up with TPE?
A
Candice’s listed materials are silicone and ABS, not TPE. It isn’t an all-silicone product.
QIt says waterproof. Can I actually rinse it with water?
A
Yes. The body is rated IPX7. Disconnect the charging cable and keep the cable dry. Let the contacts dry fully before charging.
QI don’t want anything realistic-looking. Would this suit me?
A
If you like geometric shapes, it could suit you. Candice has a faceted magenta body and a rose-gold-colored base, with no realistic anatomical detailing.
QFirst-time buyer: Should I go with a mini vibrator, a wand, or a suction toy?
A
If you want to try direct vibration without something bulky, consider Candice. It’s a mini vibrator, with no suction function.
QHow loud is it actually? Does it change between settings? Is there a sound demo?
A
The listed sound level is below 50 dB, but it isn’t silent. We don’t have measured comparisons or sound demos for each mode, and can’t promise it won’t be heard nearby.
QWhat if even the lowest setting feels too strong?
A
Try light contact with less pressure, and stop if it’s uncomfortable. Nine modes don’t mean nine separate intensity levels, and Candice may not feel gentle to everyone.
QI want something worth the money, not something I’ll use once and leave in a drawer. Is Candice a good choice?
A
It’s worth considering if you want a small, rechargeable vibrator with one-button controls. Charging takes about 1.5 hours for around 30–60 minutes of use, depending on settings and use.
QWhat if it won’t turn on? Who do I contact? What if it’s faulty—or just not right for me?
A
Charge it, then hold the button for three seconds. Still not working? Email support@coviela.com for troubleshooting and next steps under our returns policy. Disliking the intensity or size doesn’t qualify for a return.
Why we chose Candice
We chose it because it’s small, simple to use, and easy to recharge and rinse. Consider Candice if you want a mini vibrator for direct vibration. Choose something else if you want suction or separate intensity controls.

Pretty good overall, will buy again! The outer box got a bit crushed during shipping, but the product inside was totally fine and works great.
Portable and delicate. Slip it in your bag, no one can tell what it is.
