Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Aura Velvet INC, a Wyoming corporation operating as COVIELA (“COVIELA,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting content or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the website.

Adults Only

Minors are prohibited from browsing the website, creating an account, submitting content or purchasing products.

By using the website, you represent that you satisfy these requirements and that your access and purchase are lawful in your location. We may restrict access, request reasonable age verification, refuse service or cancel an order when these requirements are not satisfied.

Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, materials, colors and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.

Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations may cause colors or visual details to differ slightly from the physical product. Images may include styling items that are not included unless expressly stated.

Product availability may change without notice. We may update information, correct errors, limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products identified at checkout. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order because of product availability, payment problems, incorrect information, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, unusually high quantities, regulatory concerns, suspected unauthorized resale or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, website prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax.

Payment is charged when the order is submitted. You authorize COVIELA and its payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the full order total.

For United States orders, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping charges, discounts and taxes collected by COVIELA are displayed before payment is completed.

Canadian orders may incur import duties, GST/HST, provincial taxes, brokerage charges or handling fees assessed by Canadian authorities or the delivery service. These amounts are not included in COVIELA prices or shipping charges and are the recipient’s responsibility.

If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@coviela.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but approval is not guaranteed because processing may begin shortly after payment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as an unshipped order. Any available return, replacement or refund must be requested under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

COVIELA currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States and Canada. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping rates and Canadian import information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, customs review, peak periods, address problems and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Nothing in these Terms removes delivery rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because COVIELA sells intimate personal-care products, hygiene restrictions may apply to opened, used, unsealed or otherwise handled products, except when applicable law requires a remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory return, refund, replacement or warranty right that cannot legally be excluded.

One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible COVIELA products include a one-year original manufacturer warranty beginning on the original purchase date. Warranty service is provided by the product manufacturer, with COVIELA customer care assisting in the claim process.

The warranty generally covers verified manufacturing defects arising during normal use in accordance with the product instructions. Depending on the manufacturer’s assessment and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution.

The warranty does not ordinarily cover normal wear, cosmetic changes, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, improper cleaning or storage, use of incompatible charging equipment, or liquid exposure beyond the product’s stated water-resistance rating.

The manufacturer may request reasonable troubleshooting or product identification before approving a claim. This warranty is in addition to any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Product Safety & Incident Reporting

If a product appears damaged, overheats, leaks, produces an unusual odor, behaves unexpectedly or causes pain, irritation or injury, stop using it immediately. Disconnect it from charging when safe, do not disassemble it and keep it away from children.

Customer care aims to respond within one business day and may coordinate review with the manufacturer or an appropriate authority when required.

For serious injury or an urgent medical situation, stop using the product and contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Website information and customer support are not emergency or medical services.

Gift Cards, Coupons & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional codes may be offered subject to the terms displayed when issued. Unless expressly stated, they cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, cannot be used to purchase another gift card and may not be combined with other offers.

Gift-card funds will remain valid for at least the minimum period required by applicable law and will not expire where expiration is prohibited. Any legally permitted fee or expiration term will be disclosed clearly before purchase.

Coupons and promotional offers may have eligibility requirements, usage limits, excluded products and expiration dates. Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn before use, subject to applicable law. Fraudulent, duplicated, transferred or unauthorized codes may be refused.

Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

When a subscription or recurring-purchase option is offered, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitment if any, included products, trial terms and cancellation method will be displayed before enrollment.

By separately selecting and confirming a recurring option, you authorize COVIELA and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method at the disclosed intervals until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel an available subscription through the account controls provided for that subscription or by emailing support@coviela.com. Cancellation takes effect before the next charge when received within the timeframe disclosed at enrollment. Charges already processed are governed by the disclosed subscription terms and applicable law.

We will provide renewal notices, confirmations and simple cancellation methods where required by law. We may change a future subscription price or feature only after providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Reviews, Photos & Other Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, questions or other content. Submissions must reflect your genuine experience, be accurate to the best of your knowledge and comply with applicable law.

Submitted photographs must focus on the product and must not contain nudity, explicit sexual content, intimate body areas, personal contact information or an identifiable person without that person’s informed permission.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant COVIELA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display and use it in connection with the website, products and COVIELA marketing, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, infringes rights, exposes personal information or violates these Terms. We do not remove or suppress an otherwise lawful review solely because it is negative.

Reviews must not be fake or purchased. Any material connection, free product, discount or incentive connected with a review must be clearly disclosed. An incentive may not be conditioned on a positive rating or particular sentiment.

To request removal of your submitted content, contact support@coviela.com. Removal from the website may not withdraw material already lawfully printed, distributed or incorporated into completed materials.

Wholesale, Resale & Commercial Orders

Wholesale, resale and commercial purchases are permitted when lawful and accepted by COVIELA. A retail purchase does not by itself appoint the purchaser as an authorized COVIELA distributor, dealer or representative.

Commercial buyers may be required to enter a separate written agreement and provide business, tax, age-compliance or resale documentation. Separate wholesale terms prevail if they conflict with these consumer Terms.

Resellers may not alter product labeling, remove safety information, repackage products without authorization, make unsubstantiated health or safety claims, misuse COVIELA intellectual property or sell to persons who do not meet applicable age requirements.

We may reject or limit unusually large, high-risk, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized resale orders.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not use the website to violate law or third-party rights; submit false or fraudulent information; impersonate another person; distribute malware; bypass security; scrape protected content; interfere with operation; collect personal information without permission; or make unauthorized claims about COVIELA products.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, COVIELA, service providers or the integrity of the website.

Intellectual Property

The website and its logos, text, visual design, photographs, graphics, videos, product presentation and other content are owned by or licensed to Aura Velvet INC and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may access the website for lawful personal shopping and informational use. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits.

Disclaimers & Liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Website content is general product information and is not medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition unless expressly and lawfully identified for that purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COVIELA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, direct liability connected with a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Wyoming Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.

Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact support@coviela.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Subject to non-waivable consumer rights, disputes may be brought before a state or federal court having lawful jurisdiction in Wyoming. These Terms do not require arbitration or require a consumer to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes & General Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply from publication unless a later date is stated. Terms in effect when an order is placed continue to govern that order where required by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcement does not waive the right to enforce a provision later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and terms disclosed for a particular promotion or subscription, form the applicable agreement concerning the website and purchases from COVIELA.
