COVIELA currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States and Canada.
We do not currently offer delivery to destinations outside these two countries. Availability may also depend on local delivery or import restrictions.

Canadian Duties & Taxes
Import charges are not included
Orders delivered to Canada may be assessed import duties, GST/HST, provincial taxes, brokerage charges or handling fees by Canadian authorities or the delivery service.
These charges are not included in COVIELA product prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. COVIELA cannot determine these charges in advance.
Customs review may also extend the estimated delivery time.
Unexpected Delays
Occasionally, an order may be delayed by severe weather, public holidays, seasonal demand, customs review, address verification or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware that an order cannot be dispatched within the stated processing period, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Addresses & Unsuccessful Delivery
Please review your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.
